Ive scowered the internet etc with lots of people saying.. yeah this cam is good, yeah that cam is good... but no sort of "this cam is better than that cam" or "i used this cam and noticed no difference.....

id apreciate anyones opinion on what should be done to this motor to squeeze more power out of it.....

im not gona turbo it, because i like revs... lots of revs....

idealy im after someone to say 'i bought this chip and it does this i bought it from this place and i found it to be quite a resonable operation'

also someone told me the on a NA, extractors dont make a lot of difference.... any thoughts?

any advice for this engine would be highly valued.... also anyone who knows of a ae92 levin bodykit would be my new god.... or wife... depending on your preference...

thanks

The factory extractors on the 4age are excellent, short of buying a set of matched length/volume 4-1's, you won't see any justifyable gains.

Nice one,

Are you aware if that counts for the ae92 FWD?

Ok, Ive got about a grand to blow,

my Levin has been de-catted and has a k&n filter but thats about it....

anyone have an opinion on what i should do?

looking for some cams but the price is rediculos, if my dad was still slive he could of machined them for me in far less time than the price of some cams indicate it takes....

well only a grand rules out an ecu, which you will need to make much change.
a set of kelfords streetfighter cams is prob the best mod you can do for that money.
but if i were you, and serious about power id kep saving for a good ecu

I got a price of $500 + GST for my cams to be reground by Kelford cams, they are able to be used with the standard computer, but if you read this page they strongly recommend you dont use reground cams and to go for cams ground from new billet stock.

But if you have only got a grand to spend I would give your car a good service replace your spark plugs, spark plug leads, fuel filter, engine oils etc etc and get a 2 1/4 inch exhaust system. If you go to the below address it gives you a few ideas on what you can do to your car.

Thanks Mate, do they make aftermarket ecu for small ports anymore? or do you just get a programmable one?

Was considering picking a an apexi safc 2 on the way back from the uk... they work out to around 500.... worth the cash?

the car is getting service next week... i need to tell the guy what sparkies, oil, fuel filter to fit etc... what are you running in yours?

and i will take your advice on the new billets.... thanks

ps... anyone seen wildcard at any auckland meets recently?
