Bung speedo?

Postby Andy from the block » Sat Feb 05, 2005 11:05 pm

I just bought another levin GTZ and noticed the speedo
stays on certain speeds for about 20 sec then jumps to a new speed.
(Ie: speedo sticks on about 58kmh even though youre slowing down
then suddenly drops to 40kmh)
this happens both as speed decreases and increases.

Iam wondering if this problem is caused by a bung speedo or something else? loose wiring? bung sensor? etc

could also mean tht ur speedo cable has been bent b4 like it has a crease in it tht sometimes causes this to happen or it fluctuates :D
