4afe to 7afe swap

I was wondering if anybody would be able to tell me what was involved in a 4afe to 7afe swap?

Specifically I was wondering if I could use the 4afe wiring loom and ECU and the 4afe injectors and sensors. This way it would pretty much be just a straight head and block swap, plugging/bolting everything else back in.

Maybe somebody with access to the toyota EPC may be privy to some of this information...?

Also, does anybody have any idea what these engines sell for (reasonable condition, preferably just shy of the 100kms mark or there abouts)
