4agze mounting - KE25

went to mount up the 4age in the KE25 this afternoon and it seems that it doesnt wanna fit, apparently these 'custom' mounts will bolt straight into a starlet, is there any reason why it shouldnt go in the 25? its got custom brackets and cortina engine mount rubbers, both mounts sit on the cross member slots alright but when i go to drop it down, it seems that they r a few mm's to wide and one side slips up. should i get the mounts re-customised or should i mod the original 3kb mounts?
