No, boost level is controlled by the size of the supercharger/crank pulley ratio. You need a bigger pulley to run more boost. If you got a 175mm crank pulley you could put an adjustable tap on the bypass valve and have it run up to 14psi boost, but then even when you ahve the boost turned down you'd be stressing the crap out of the supercharger by running it at its limits even when on low boost.
