ke35-ke70 compatability?

would seats with ke35 rails fit into a ke70??, bolt on job or modification??
and would
carpet from a ke35 fit a ke70, guessing modification on this one but do you think it could fit?, behind the front seats could be completly different??
i dont really know my ke35's??

carpet will fit with mod
seat rails should just swap over, might have to mod a bit though..

take one set of rails of each, match them up on the seats, and carefully drill holes in the rails - not the seats to line up the threads, then get some larger washers.
for the carpet, personally id buy new carpet, or find someone wrecking a ke70, i assume this is for the wagon in your avatar rather than a sedan ?
