4AGZE wiring

Please help me identify this engine. Taken from a 1989 Toyota Levin GT-Z. Distributorless Ignition and AFM.

Im trying to find the right wiring diagram however all the wiring diagrams off club4ag are for Distributor and AFM unless on an MR2. From what I can find the engine im looking for does not exist

Does anyone have a diagram for this model or can I use an AW11 SC model diagram with AFM and twin coils.

I've done that but can't find one for an '89 Levin 4AGZE with AFM and twin coils.

I don't want to get the wrong one... just in case

I have searched for ages for the one you are after.

In the end I changed loom's and computers and ran the map one as I never found the diagram and it was going to be easier anyway.

it seems the afm DLI units like barry mannons seem to go well, cant you work it out off the pin outs when you take the ecu cover off, using a map ae92 and the acronyns to work what the pins mean??

I could work it all out if I wanted. I was going to attack it head on and just sort it all out manually but I thought I should get a diagram and save a lot of lost hair.

Its the only thing until the beast is done

Looks like i'll just be confined to hours in the garage...

Not really too keen on buying a new computer and converting to MAP as it seems a little pricey. Plus the results i've seen from later AFM models seem to out-perform the MAP models.

The AE92 AFM ecu's that i've seen all are not labelled on the board like the rest of them.

unfortunatly no, but its not a huge problem as I have a complete loom. I just wanted it for reference and for the sake of actually doing something right and getting the diagram before doing to job

edit: Complete 10P and 18P loom wiring. The 24P is still a mystery that will probably take a while to sort. I think it handles ignition and sensors but can't confirm it yet.

What are you putting it into? I have the loom and ecu from my ae92 after putting n/a 4age into it. (Bought it without engine, guy put it in his ae85 levin). I could trace through the wires if you want, i managed to sort the inside dash loom which share some of the wires from the ecu to the dash cluster. Let me know, by pm what you want to do. No problem to help out

Haha its a big story

The 4AGZE is going in the lada. gze computer runs the engine and the original lada electrics are still in place to run the rest of the car. 2 Keys required to drive the car lol its rugged but the easiest way

crispy'86: if your talking about a 4age loom the ge and gze appear to be very different. Do you have a gze loom? Not quite sure what your saying
