Oil Pressure

How do lower the engine oil pressure as it goes into the turbo on a 4AGZE wid a turbo setup?

With a restrictor - a piece with a smaller internal diameter than you oil lines.

Usually there is a restrictor in the feed line to cut the volume of oil going into the turbo.
