HELP!!! will this fit??? as easy as a 4AGE conversion????

Post by deinmuter »

Hey all!

I have found a possible engine for my AE85 Trueno; Nissan CA18DE.
CA18de with gear box, rear diff, front arms, brakes, dics back brakes with computer and wiring loom, steering wheel column, indicator switches basically everything but the body.

I was looking at a 4AGE but I want a bit more power.
As this complete set is priced better than buying all the separate bits for a 4AGE to go in, I am seriously pondering this now.

Can anyone tell me, has this conversion been done before?
Ive seen DX rollas with SR20DETs in them...

Are there any major problems with this conversion?
Is there anyone that can carry out this conversion for me?

I dont want to miss out on if i can help so any advice would be AWESOME!! =D

Thanks
Ed

Yes it has been done before many times,

it shouldn't be any more difficult than an SR20 conversion

You'll get more power out of a 16v 4AGE and it should be a heap load easier.
