yup the early 4agze or 16v redtop red/black top rod.
chunkier. if thats what you come across then use those, the s/t type will rev a bit free'er, but in a road engine, could you tell?

Also i would probably need some bigger injectors and fuel pump wouldnt i?
Thanks again

The SW20 3SGTE 430's will pop right in and be good to the 300-350 hp area. Don't know if the later ones (440's?) are side feed but if they are they will work as well. 2jz injectors will also fit but are overkill.

You could get an SW20, JZA80 or MA70 pump as well, would be perfect.

Well according to those specs the AE111 block is 'non ribbed/lightened.' Does that not matter much?

nah blocks fairly identical, however i have seen one extra bump behind the water pump on the blacktop vs silver. I don't know if they all have or not

thanks for all the help everyone

I'v decided against the 4AGZE idea and i think what i will do is what you guys have mentioned. Build my blacktop with AGZE pistons, silvertop rods & crank, new bearings and seals, 3SGTE injectors & pump, cumton manifold with a TD04 turbo, front mounted IC, custom intake plenum for quad throttle and a new computer and tune.

Does this sound right to you all? Safe to run RELIABLY everyday?

thanks again
