what happen on my engine

how come the coolant is all round the first and second spark plug, anyone konw where does the coolant come from or what happen as this is not the first time???

Sounds like a blown head gasket, have you been using antifreeze? and been replacing it at the recommended times?

If you mean on the electrode itself then headgasket or if around the lead area there might be a water jacket bung thats leaking see if there is a large bung usually with allen key hole in it near the water leak.

where is the water jacket?? and what is allen key hole? sorry my english is not very good

A water jacket is a small 'tunnel' inside the head and block for water to flow through. There are also oil jackets as well.
