i went for studs, but yeah it is really up to you what you use

i got mine through www.summitracing.com

you can get genuine headbolts for about $120 for the 14, but these are prone to stretching, and in extreme cases they can be finger tight when taking them out.

It depends on what you want to do, if you have plans for high boost/power then get the block surface skimmed and go metal head gasket.

Arps are also reusable, so when you blow your stock head gasket next time you dont need to replace them

ive got plans for round 10psi and a decent intercooler for the moment maybe a few more psi b4 she hits fuel cut but nothing serious for a while till i get sum bling!

is ther anyone in newzealand that does arps? or do i hafta get them from overseas, whats a metal gasget worth?

when i blow my gasget? after you fix the gasget and retourque properly do they still kill the gasgets?

there are a few places that sell arps in nz
but expect $300-$350 for a set here

Some people say 7mgte is fine with new gasket and torqued correctly, and then some say otherwise.
