Postby Ae86drift » Wed May 04, 2005 8:40 pm

Can't find the water leaking from my ze.. its dripping/pouring from behind the bottom supercharger mount..
Replaced the waterpump and all the pipes but that wasn't it..

Is there a frost plug I need to replace behind the supercharger mount maybe??

Any help would be greatly appreciated..

highly improbably but might be one of the water pump housing bolts loose/missing...
When I bought W/P from toyota, I assumed that the housing bolts were tightened (infact all except one were), so I changed without checking, so the god damned thing still leaked,
so I had a look arround, I thought that probalby it was leaking thru loose hose, and then I spotted that 1 of the bolts was missing on W/P housng, it was pain in the ass to bolt it on, had to do 1/12th of the turn at a time and to remove oil dip stick (was too lasy to take out the alternator just for 1 bloody bolt)...

BTW the engine is 20v...
