TPS Slop

Postby dotdog » Thu May 05, 2005 1:23 pm

Hey all, My car has become real jurky going on and coming off throttle, so ive adjusted my tps which has fixed it sorta,

but when i was adjusting it i noticed about 2mm slop between when the trottle starts moving and the contacts start moving,

Is this normal, or is the 300000 odd kms that the motor has done starting to show up?

Cheers
Michael

Just put a 4E in there and be done with it

Have you got a spare to test it with? Have you got the TPS specs? It *should* be moving directly with the throttle,
