AZ Motorsport coilovers for ae111..any good?

hey im looking at getting these coilovers for my ae111 levin, the brand is AZ Motorsport, they have: Adjustable ride height, Adjustable damping, Adjustable body length, dose any one no what this brand is like, are they worth purchasing?? ne advice would be great thanks!

nope, keith at jamex has offered them to me at a really good price, and thwe only info i have is the adjustable body lenth etc etc

Check that they can actually be serviced and rebuilt locally. Purchase price might be cheap but if you pop a seal and cannot get it rebuilt then it can soon be seen as a costly exercise....

There are a lot of cheap coilovers being manufactured in China and Taiwan these days so it pays to buy well known brands with guaranteed service back-up. :roll:

i mean he offers them as new coilovers, hes selling them for many cars! they are from asia i just dont no if they will be any good or not!

It really depends on your purpose of driving… Any cheap coilovers to my point of view aren’t good… your have to pay good money for decent handling…
Basically what you pay is what you get…. I have a mate who got Tein HR (height adjustable, no adjustments in damping) suspension… he said it not great but it better than standard… he said it was bouncy…

Surely you realise that the Consumer Guarantee Act and/or Manufacturers Warranty will protect you , should a problem arise with ANY item you purchase new. Of course if you choose to purchase goods from overseas directly, the there is NO comeback under the NZ Consumer laws. So my advice is to remember that you are protected when you make a purchase in NZ. Happy buying!
