Through a stand alone logger, yes it's possible because it adds hardware to capture the voltage outputs, but rotorchiki69 is asking about a program for a palm pilot, all of which, AFAIK, work on the principle of gathering data streams from the OBD-II or CAN bus.
This question has been asked many times on the US boards I frequent, the the question is always the same, "My mate can log dat from their Mitsi, is there the same thing for a Toyota" the answer has also always been the same. "Only if it has OBD-II", i.e. post 1996 USDM, post 2000 European models do this, most JDM still do not (unless there is an export model of the same specifications).
