noisy door window seals.

Postby astrae » Wed May 25, 2005 10:26 pm

Got a 96 ae111 levin

The window seals on my doors are starting to pack up. The drivers window is getting really irritating with wind noise at 100km/h. (even though the seal appears to look alright...)

any ideas on a simple way to fix this?

chances are that if I replace with seals from a wreaker I may be no better off...

u mean the seals all around the window or the two weather seals where the window comes up out of? The window alignment could be off a little, try taking the kick boards off and playing around with the window adjustment pushing the window into where you think the gaps are. I hope i made some sense
