its means that there is a fault in the ac system. not sure exactly what the fault could be. i think it depends on how many times it flashes.

The A/C ligh flashing means the sensor in the pumps has detected that the pump aint pumpin and is most likely stuffed.
I have seen this a few times and had it happen on my AE92.

well if the revs go down it means the clutch is enableing. Maybe you got a gas leak?

The light flashes cuse the sensor in the pump is not detecting pulses.

For this to happen the clutch must engage first for it to start to sense.
This means that the gas electric's and the a/c clutch are all fine.

The pump itself has worn out inside and cannot create enough flow.
The sensor is in the centre housing of the pump. Make sure it is plugged in. If it is, you need a new/second hand pump.
