unless you alter your timing you wont get a lot from it, unless your timing is still set for jap spec 100 octane...

different boosters do better jobs than others, one i use doesnt make much more power (if any) but it runs a lot smoother on it

I've tried out 98 and 98 with octane booster. Theres a difference in 96 and 98, only in running. 98 is smoother and can handle load better, but there was no difference noticable difference in adding octane booster. Then again, mine is an NZ new and wouldn't be tuned for 100 octane...
Motorsport is like sex. You could take it to track and have a long, enjoyable session, or you could take it to the strip and get it over with in less than 20 seconds.

hmmmm....well i've just bought some Nulon Pro Strength Octane Booster ($20 does 60l). I'm running a stock Celica (88) that was imported, so it may still be set for 100 from Japan.

As an aside, the STP branded booster had a sticker saying it was "barely legal". Sounds more like a clasified ad if ya ask me.....

Well, I say $20 is pretty cheap for experimentation as far as cars go!
