hey people any one got any info on these engines
has anyone had a look at one? what do they come out in???
is the 7k 1800cc?? any one done one up..???

7k engine...
9.0:1 compression, 1781cc OHV engine.

max hp, 76@4600rpm

max torque = 103 foot pounds @2800rpm.

IIRC, its a forklift engine?

They are also in some toyota vans IIRC.

townace vans, not cheap to buy from a wreckers. 4age is cheaper and gruntier!

yer i think there from newish vans like some 96 onwards liteaces... they were fuel injected aswell.. 7k-e

The one I saw wasn't efi but some could well be.

Townace vans. Pretty crap motors. Took a beating though.

Are you sure? Cos a standard 4K puts out 58-65 hp, and a standard 5K is actually faster.
