Hmmm a rota altezza now thats CLASS! 8) id love to do that conversion.

Im thinking a 13b bridgy for the meantime, just love the pulsing sound. I had a 4AGTE in my levin... was good power, but after driving and being in a few tangs, has got me heading towards that scene (project long term) :P

Rotree in an Altezza? :?

Are people of the illusion that top end power is all that matters? Don't forget that you need something down low to get the car rolling in the first place :P Unless of course, you plan on doing 5000rpm slip launches everywhere
Motorsport is like sex. You could take it to track and have a long, enjoyable session, or you could take it to the strip and get it over with in less than 20 seconds.

Yea, but being different like that would be like trying to be different by putting a 20v in a Soarer 8)

Why?

A rotor would power an Altezza just fine...

Its hardly the same as putting a little 20V into a land-barge...

Rotors need to be reved to make power. No low down torque that you'd require for a bigger vehicle. Altezza's are significantly heavier than RX cars.

Who is trying to be funny? :?

No point in trying to persuade someone who adores Toyota's...you might tend to be slightly bias...myself, I'm just happy in the knowledge that not ALL of Toyspeed is completely blind, good to see the rotors holding their own in the poll, very surprising on this forum where every second user has one of those giant killing 20 valves...

Although an excellent comeback, very untrue.

I feel that owning multiple Toyota's, as well as working for Toyota, really does fall into the bias category... 8)

nah not really, i only own them cause thats all i can afford!
i cant afford to maintain mitsis, or subarus, or rotors.
and just plain cant afford to buy the cars i really want.

unfortunatly theres more crap cars out there than there is good cars
lesser of many evils is toyota

Don't get me wrong, I'm not doubting Toyota reliability...I own a 4K after all...

Come to think of it, my current cars are both Toyotas... :?

wot an altezza isnt that heavy :?
And wot is ur knowledge behind how u claim an altezza wouldnt work well with a rotor in it , and if u look after and maintain a rotatry is as good as any engine , and lets not forget that the renesis engine picked up best engine worldwide last year 8)
And if rotarys are so bad , then howcome most of the top racers are rotarys ?
Im the Daddy of the Mack Daddys ! :-)
