They pull your leaves apart, heat and shape the original leaves then put them back together. Similar to getting coils compressed.

What seems to have been done on my ute is this....

It has 50mm lowering blocks.
The bottom leaf looks to have been taken out, flipped over and clamped back down on top.
Front torsion bars wound down and some other stuff up front that has been put in which the compliance guy was a bit vauge on.
Shorter shocks all round which came with it.

All that i have done to it is wind the front down a little to make it sit more even. It is very stiff and bouncy, as stiff as my mates ep82 with tanabe shocks and springs and rear swaybar.

evil_si how did you find the ke30 rode with reset leafs and lowering blocks?

And to everyone, whats shortened shocks going to cost me and how much lower will it make mi ride?

Shortened shocks or inserts make no difference to ride height. All the do is reduce the chance of bottoming out the shock and help to keep shorter springs captive.
