4age Rebuild

Postby toyota111 » Sat Jun 25, 2005 12:21 am

Hey everyone im looking at replacing my red/black 4age with a 4agze but i wanna do a rebuild on the engine before i put one in. My brother says to use the ze block and head but turbo it so that i already had strong internals, or should i just do a rebuild on my old engine and get it running like a new one then run low boost

What does everyone think or what would you do
by the way its in a 89 corolla wagon and needs to pull around 100kgs of sounds

rebuild the old one, throw in some 4agze pistons and you will have a 4agze.
the only difference internaly between the 2 is the pistons
