The Pulsar is two tone, black over silver and I've not had any issues. It'll be bright yellow in a month so it will give me an opportunity to see what happens then.

Have a grey 323 hatch which was constantly having near misses when we bought it, practically invisible you'd think to some people

id don't think it makes a diffrence to how visable you are on the road personally and at night unless your driving with you lights off you stand out like everybody else.

as for the cop rating, i got pulled more times in the white trueno and mr2 than the black tomcat.(but then again i've only had it 3 or so weeks)

I reckon the worst time to be driving a black car is during the day, you don't really get noticed a whole lot. It's worst on cloudy days or in the afternoon in 100k zones when you want to pass and think its clear but then a dark colored car appears from nowhere, even though it was coming straight towards you. I've been nearly hit a few times driving the 2. Personally I think it's good to put on your lights/foggies if you're in a dark car and there isn't much visability.

British racing green is apparently the most dangerous colour car to drive on the road and is involved in the most accidents, thank goodness i have a bright yellow 8O
