How was the engine condition? Any goodies you've found on the car?

Haven't played with 4AGE's enough at the mo to be at the. point where i can spot it by justt looking at it, but that'lll change quicky now

just one or two goodies  coil overs on the front, vented creseda front disc's, hilux drum on rear, adjustable lower arms to name a few.

Engine condition was fine, previous owner snapped cambelt & bent two valves so took the head off, sent it away for its work, slapped it back on and fired it up 8) head came back with a little weight reduction

Gearbox is in need of a rebuild so thats happening at the moment, always handy to have a mate who just cant say NO to fixing things  so shes not that far away from warrant check time 8)

This is starting to ring bells, it didn't belong to someone at doug smith panel beaters? My mate has a 25, his dad works next door. I was going to check it out when it was for sale (if its the same one) but it was gone before I got a chance to see it which is why I didn't click even after seeing pictures.

hmm, no ideas who owned it, but from memory it was owned and 'converted' by a guy in Rangiora or that area.
