Where the hell is the radiator plug

On an ST208 curren?! By radiator plug I mean the thing you'd unplug to flush a radiator

I looked for it at the same place as in an AE92 Levin (my old car) but the only plug-like things are these two rubber things with plastic thing in the middle (can't think of a better way to explain it)

Anyone know?

I dont know that car at all, but why dont you just unplug the bottom hose?

Where would that be? I've removed the two panels that expose the bottom of the radiator but I'm not sure what it looks like?

There will only be two rubber hoses going to the raditaor disconect the bottom one.

Hmmm ok I see the hoses.. how do I remove the brace? It looks like I pry it loose with a flathead?

um well no, use pliers or vice grips or multigrips.

If it is the same clamp as in the picture below you use a screw driver or socket.

Bah, I can't get the damn thing off.. using pliers I can get it off a little bit.. coolant will drip out the hose but the brace just wont budge and I'm at a funny angle under the car

If you are looking for the tap, it is quite close to the bottom hose. It is a small, grey plastic knob that you turn about half a turn (from memory) to open. It doesn't come off; you just turn it on or off like a tap. It is quite stiff so you may need to use pliers, but be careful not to break the plastic.

However, the tap opening is quite small and really it is much easier just to undo the bottom hose. The hose clamp will open when you squeeze the ends together with pliers. Move it up the hose so it is no longer clamping it on, then you should be able to wriggle the hose off and get covered with water.

On all the cars I have worked on there has always been a drain plug, just have another good look over it

drain plug can be seen in the pic below this isnt a curren raditaor but gives you an example its number (3) in the pic

Success! I got the hose off. It didn't occur to me to use the pliers to squeese the ends together :D

And yes I got a bit wet :p

Uh... you should just undo the clamp, and pull.

when you push it back on, becareful not to damage the hose, ive seen big guys force them back on, to only rip the hose... if its quite hard to put in, some vasaline around the inside of the hose itself will help slide it back on.

but meh, you got it off anyway
