Silvertop Head Bolt Specs

Anyone know what the service specs are for the head bolts? Just want to check the 2 sets I've got to see if they're still useable. And where are they measures from - under the bolt head or total length? Mind you, once I know the service length, I'll be able to work it out - no bolt will stretch about 10mm!!

if its a race engine though, maybe new bolts are a good idea, retail is about $5 plus get iirc
