Hi i'm sure this has been done already just needed to know what is needed besides itake manifold and what should be done e.g. with the vacuum hose?

i have alloy water cut plates for small port head to 20v silvertop ITB's.
Just need tubing, then weld and drill and tap.

Need brake booster fitting and pref use all 3 other ports for vacuum for fpr and ecu.

Im doing the same thing on my bluetop.
I used a webber manifold wth adapter plates.
The bluetop TPS swapped straight over.

But what do you guys do about idle control?

make the throttle bodies a little open so it idles.
no need for cold idle up.

itb's like a little throttle opening when starting so they get some air.

Do you replace the air temp sensor with a resistor? or is there some way of integrating it?
And im guessing you guys just ditch the cold start injector

For vacum hoses most people just drill/tap a hole in each runner put a signal dampner on each and tee them all together.

Do they have to be balanced when putting them on another engine?
Or are they balanced enough from factory?

yeah i would just ditch the cold start injector.

Sounds like a sensible idea bout tee-ing the vacuum together. Good point bout the tem sensor!

yes, tee together, you need a dampener so that the map signal doesn't pulse.
3trona they are just water cut plates, imagine a 10mm thick alloy plate that is the same shape as the gasket for the smallport head, and then another one the perfect shape for the 4 20v quads, ports also water cut into them so all you have to do is drill and tap and connect the two plates with some alloy pipe. $120.

ditch cold start injector.
hang air temp sensor around on manifold, it'll read same temp as air going into motor.

By the time one picks up itb's, I don't think they are balanced.
balanced enough from factory though, MS can run them sweet, might just turn idle up for all 4.
