Central locking switch -> Locks both doors
Indivial switch on door (beside door handle itself), -> locks that or unlocks that door itself.

when the driver locks his own door, it shouldnt lock the passengers, only if he pressed the *central locking switch* should it do that.

If you are using the central locking ecu/control box it has all the wires for that...or do you just have the servo's?
also, do you mean is it supposed to lock both doors when you lock one with the key?(i.e. getting out of the car) if so, yes, usually.

yea i have the whole unit plus servo's, but no i dont think it is suposed 2 lock passengers door when drivers is lockd because there is nothing that can tell that the door has just been locked with a key

A lot of the toyota units I have worked on have a seperate switch in the driver door, attached via rod to the locking servo. When you use the key, it manually closes the servo, and triggers the switch on the linkage, which in turn electronically locks the passenger doors.
some makes of car have this built into the servo, but with toyotas more compact round ones its seperate.
think that makes sense... :D
