As per VVegas and Matt's post. Its not a fuel problem. You can't tune it out. Its the fact that you can't drive the 3 wire stepper motor with the link for idle up.
You can alter cold idle fuel which will give you more or less fuel dependant on how you change it. However all this will do is make it harder to start and you'll still end up putting your foot on the acclerator until it warms.
You may be able to drive the the 3 wire idle up motor with a stepper motor driver from Jaycar, but I don't know enough about those controllers to be able to dictate thier function.
In addition if your looking for AC idle up, (IE the car doesnt stall every time the compressor engages) then you'll have the same problems as above, as it uses the idle up motor. AC Idle up is only available on the Link Plus.
