I'm keen to take advantage of catering connections... Lindsay and I have access to a decent bbq if need be...

I reckon we can sort something... maybe meet 4pm ish... stoke a up a bit of a feed (5-5.30ish), and ppl who are working can turn up later... as we head into summer it'll still be light...

3rd Sept was only a suggestion... we can leave it til October if that would suit people better... I guess we just want to suit as many people as possible... can't please everyone.

Ok, September 3rd doesn't suit me either. I can't organise a bbq cos the one I had in mind is at Lindsay's work... and he's going to a geek meet (computer LAN) that day....

So... 2nd weekend of the month?? Or wait til October to start?

It does look as though Saturday afternoon thru to evening suits the most people....

Yeah, sounds good .. Some one just organise something ... who cares if a few can't make it, as long as the majority is there than thats what counts ... Not like it's going to be the last ever meet ..

OK... now this forum is back on topic... we'll go with the 10th.

Afternoon.... still deciding time.... but thinking 4.30-5pm start... it'll be still quite light. Probable place will be car park beside South Dunedin Ice Stadium, since that gives us somewhere for car photo ops, and a BBQ.

Which should keep everyone happy. ish.
