Is it easy to fit a bodykit all by myself?

Postby fat_ae111 » Tue Sep 06, 2005 12:26 am

Hi, I am trying to get a front bumper bodykit for AE111.
Front bumper itself will cost me 500dollars, but it costs 1200dollars
for the bumper paint and fitting.
Basically 700 dollars for fitting and painting.
For painting I could do that by myself but, I am just wondering
if the bodykits are easy to fit by myself.
Because ae111 front bumper bodykit looked a bit different to the other
ones.

Thanks

should be reasonably easy to fit yourself as long as its designed for your car.
well unless youre a real cabbage...

painting - youre prob best to leave it to the pros if you want a good finish (im assuming here youre not a pro painter, however if you are disregard what ive said)

Yeah as said above it all come's down to the quality of the Kit and how picky you want to be when putting it on.. Most kit's need abit of work to get them looking mint when everything is done (painted etc)..
