Presuming the Corolla wagon has an A series motor 4afe, 5afe etc. - all the mechanical parts will bolt straight in.
You will have to use the 4age flywheel.
You should be able to use the 4age clutch as it should fit onto your existing gearbox input shaft.
All the mounts should bolt across.
Electrics - presuming the corolla wagon is fuel injected the 4age loom will probably plug straight in and the computer will fit into the existing cradle.
Fuel - you might have to swap the fuel pumps over (in the fuel tank), I'm not sure. The pumps could well be the same specification. Once again presuming that the wagon is fuel injected.
Brakes - The brakes (and hubs if you need to) will bolt straight across unless the wagon has a leaf spring rear in which case the rear brakes might be a problem. If you do swap brakes try to swap front and rear... also swap brake master and rear proportioning valve (on the firewall near the brake master).
Your wagon might have the rear proportioning valve that is bolted to the rear suspension, this adjusts rear braking depending on the weight in the back of the wagon. In this case I'm not quite sure what you should do... probably leave the rear brakes standard and just swap front brake setup only.
Good luck

I used to think that the orange and green tictacs gave you special powers. The orange ones would make you stronger and the green ones would make you faster. So i used to eat some green ones and run around my lounge as fast as i could, then eat the orange ones and try to pick up the sofa. I wish it were true!
