I have a 96 carib, Black top engine. Have a trd filter at the moment. Trd extractors and 2" exhaust, Split fire spark plug leads and plugs. Have also got a splitfire earth set up which is supposed to earth the living hell out of the engine and produce a hp or 2.

Me brother "thinks" it has beed chipped as it pulls harder than his 2L turbo Bluebird. I dont know how to check this out tho.

Dyno tuning without an adjustable computer will help about this much

And no, your car has not been chipped. Blacktops arent all that slow.

And isn't the Toyota ECu can't be chipped? (unless it's a drop in board).
No "stance", no "hellaflush", none of that bullshit. Nothing but no grip on full boost.

yeah you gotta have a good fiddle with it to alter it.
i suspect thats why only companys with direct acsess to toyota have done it, eg SARD and TOMS
