4afe + boost?

Postby the fallen303 » Wed Sep 21, 2005 1:03 pm

just curious, i have a 4afe in my 93 rolla. i also have access to a ct12 off a 1g-gte, and a brother that can weld with the best of them. now what i'm wondering is the ecu for the fe is map based, can it handle positive air pressure, and fuel accordingly, or can the map sensor and ecu only handle up to 0psi? i'm not after anything flash or fancy, so if this won't work, it's no biggy, just something for shits and giggles basically. i'm not looking at doing a ZE conversion, or new ecu or anything, as can't be bothered, if this will work, sweet, if not, meh, who cares.

so, will it?

in short, it will work on relatively low boost (6 or less) the specifics, im not so sure on, but a ct12 is nice n small and should be fine
