I don't, after I flashed a mufti cop and was ticketed $150. I'd have to dig the infringement notice up to get the exact description of the offence, something along the lines of "using headlights in a manner likely to cause annoyance". Maybe I should've just continued at my regular 10km/h over the limit? The ticket would've been cheaper!

thats prety lousey of the cop, a cop i no encourages people to do it because it stops people speeding

I do sometimes. Depends. If the cop is in a real prick of a place I do for sure. I would flash based on my radar detector if there wasn't flase alerts lol.

I flash, but I too have also flashed a cop car - mine was marked tho, not mufti - was in a queue of traffic (manukau road in epsom) and I didn't see him till it was too late :( however, instead of a ticket, he flashed me back and shook his finger at me with a grin on his face.... :twisted:
