Check and make sure the inside of the rim isnt touching up against the shock as this happened to me not long ago when i fitted coilovers and done the wheel nuts up it clamped against the shock and it didnt move so i got 8mm spacers and its sweet as now :D

Yup just put washers on the studs (dont drive with them on lol) just to work out how big you need the spacer, :D

Jack up each corner indivually & try spinning the wheels so you can see which one's a binding, it will probably just be the two fronts as this is quite common on KE30's. you can fix it put adding spacers, 5mm fixed it on my Bro's. Or you can shave the caliper slightly with the ole' angle grinder

should only need 5mm spacers on the front, they can be machined up pretty cheap.

I can't remember how much mine cost, Think it was about $60 for two, I supplied the PCD and thinkness , Inner Diameter and Outer Diameter and it was programmed in. Im sure most fabrication places would have the equipment for this. The biggest price is in setting up the machine to the specs.

Yup i think 8mm is the biggest and the sizes start at 2-3mm i think but remeber the spacer has to be screwed to the disk then you will be sweet :D
