Panel And Paint? In Hamilton Who to see?

Hey got a bit of rust in my front guards that i need removed, 68 escort 2 door, also need it all paneled and paint inside and out.

Am keen to do all sanding prep work that i can, just need someone good for the rest of the work.

Any help or recomendations in hamilton??
