I have done one of the on-line test. I sat it at 1.30 in the morning, it was 35 pages long, 10 questions per page and I was tired when I started it. But I got 181%. 8O

Did a real one at the psychology department at Uni here. Got 'Over 140' cause they can't test any higher. Did one online and got about 110. Stupid internet.

Well if they are really the IQ figures of our Toyspeeders I'm concerned! :P The evidence displayed daily on this forum tells a different story!
At an IQ of 120 (which is the minimum for MENSA) I doubt that we have copious amounts of the “2%” of the intellectual population of New Zealand on Toyspeed. I came in at a realistic 114 when tested by Auckland Uni and the 'Test the Nation' was around the 130 mark and a crazy online test at 142, so who do you really believe aye?

Would be interested to see who you lot go with the link below...

Try this

And as you can see these people intelligent and not creative. Look at the visual aesthetics of their website or lack there of... 8O

How do you get 181%? 100% is all you can achieve unless you are talking growth figures. IQ tests don't measure in percentages they normally go to 150 and then stop. If you are over 150 (depending on the IQ testing your using of course) you are a genius and probably don’t function socially in a normal society. So thanks for that and how about you get a good nights sleep and try the testing I’ve posted above and get back to us aye ;) Yay MENSA!

Oh btw, I’m starting to get over the pissing contests of “I’m better than you” It’s actually ok to be average in the world along with the rest of us.

For what its worth, I did a MENSA test (from MENSA)... and if I remember correctly I got the result as a percentile, not an IQ level. That was around 97% if I remember rightly, though that was years ago - and I don't feel like I am as "focussed" as I used to be. Maybe that would be more accurately put as "I can't be as arsed with that kind of thing" :D

I have done an online one and got 162, which I think is utter bollux... especially seeing as most of it was focussed on increasingly complicated pattern matching and classification questions, whereas in real life there are other types of "intelligence".

I remember being shown my PAT test results (the old reading & listening comprehension, maths etc tests you'd be given every year through primary and secondary school in NZ) when I finished school, and plenty of my results were in the 96-100th percentile range - aside from say listening comprehension, which was a mighty 49ish%. I guess that makes me under-average and over-average at the same time :D

No two people think the same - so why use the same method to measure their ability to think?

There is a little button on the top left corner of your browser window which has "Back" written on it, with a little left arrow above it just to make it easier ;)

Just use the ' 90 or below ' option, it means the same thing.

I'm having trouble believing that 37% of Toyspeeders are over 140 :P
Motorsport is like sex. You could take it to track and have a long, enjoyable session, or you could take it to the strip and get it over with in less than 20 seconds.
