If you did the transplant the supra would be around the same weight as a caldina ,they seem to get around ok, weighing in at a kerb weight of 1470kg. So mate if you want to do it sounds like it would make a cool ride.
current rides: 1994 toyota hiace, 1998 toyota hiace, 1998 toyota supra/na,2000 toyota caldina gtt,(1993 toyota fxgt has just been sold)

fair enough i think i might just keep the 1G-EU(yeah powerbox) :lol: a bit longer then c, thank you for all the inputs!!

by the way as far as engine conversion goes this guy in Taiwan has got a RB26TT in a MA70 and doing 300+k in the motorway which has a 80k speed limit :roll: lol

i would seriously suggest you look at a 1JZ
maybe not now, but it'll probably cost you as much as 3sgte swap but give you way more power and torque, and if you get one from a JZA70 there will be little to no fabrication required (depending on what box you used), and wiring would be fairly straightforward. Way, WAY more scope for improvement also, big single turbo and some supporting mods and you can have 400rwhp :) probably
