Speedo Problem.

Hi,

Just got another KE70, and the speedo doesn't work, it's not instrument cluster related, as I have tried another IC with no success, and the cable appears to be OK, screwed into the gearbox properly and all...but when you drive the car and look at the cable, it's not turning at all...

Any ideas on what this problem could be caused by?

Screwed plastic cog in the gearbox? ( the one that turn the cable)?
