Postby RickGT » Tue Oct 25, 2005 6:38 pm

my cv's are poked and need replacing, found some for 55 bucks for 1 kit which includes 1 cv, 1 boot blah blah, does that sound resonable, also anything to look out for when changing these? any help would be great

They the ones of trade me?? I put some on the missus's car seem to be pretty good. Have you E-mail'd revhead see what his prices are like??
Genuine's always better.
I love deadlines. I like the whooshing sound they make as they fly by.

as long as you can do them yourself and wont be paying labour ontop, thats a good price for a cv and boot.

I reccommend taking the whole shaft out when doing it. Its just a matter of 8 nuts on the inner cv and makes life alot easier if the outer cv is a bit stubborn.
