Yes, same part, but, 20v crank is a bit straighter from factory.

The specs call for it to have less bend. ( I think )

Correct, the ZE crank has a total of 4 degrees of deflection from center while the 20 valve crank is speced to only have 2. Hence why the ZE mains are slightly more oval than the 20 valve.

well, the specs are for the bearing clearances, i guess that could be interpreted as allowing more tolerance in the crank... buts its more bearing clearance...
the ze and 20v crank are the same part.

By the way, everything I stated was total bollocks! Oval bearings? Bent crank?
The clearances may be slightly different. But thats it.
The answer is Helmholtz!
