would you need a rear strut brace? you have a parcel tray, id be suprised if you gained anything all all in the back, have you got lowered springs in your car?? you might get a better gain for $$ in springs for starters

by the way my trd stabilisers arrived today, ill let you know the difference when i put them in

yes the whiteline swaybars are very good, and for $500 you can probably get 2. but youll prob only need one.....
give me a yell to discuss options, they do several for the AE1##

a cheaper option is to double up the stock bars, make up some brackets and add the 2nd one on top of the original. however im unsure how mr WOF man would feel about that.

You used to be able to buy brackets to 'piggyback' a 2nd sway bar.
But that was a while ago - before aftermarket parts were as available as they are now. Are they still available?

Seeing as you know nothing about this I wouldn't bother 'upgrading'. Do your shocks, springs and bushes first. By going too large on the 'sway' bars you can really $&#$% up your handling as you start to loose independance of suspension. It really isnt just a matter of getting the biggest 'yo' or even ones the companies will sell you for your car.

verdict

after an afternoons work and several words begining with f and c they are in

to drive it feels alot stiffer and corners like its on rails
example one corner I always fang it around before front tyres would slip, this morning total grip and hardly any roll.

i to am running trd superstrut sway bars " yes i no snipy yet to but them in " and for the price i realy dont complane about quality

but i think the front sway bar " bottom s/sturt trd " should retail about 430 i think?? i dont no fully cant remember i dont pay retail for anything

but trd man is right some jdm aftermarket stuff if pure crap

whytline is good i think that is what 10K 20v was runing in his 101? i think he got good results

I got my TRD stut brace off a import 2nd hand, if you can use the factory bar with a aftermarket style cross bar aswell to make it 3 point.

keep in minde to replace the rear swaybar you needa drop the fuel tank

Hey...definitely put the sway bar in...I have the cusco sways bar, upper and lower, it make so much different from standand. You can so feel it if you go around corner....good stuff.. Save up and buy them.

I'll get the springs in first, then drive it for few weeks(months?) and then chuck the sway bars on it

Since I couldn't find a rear strust brace I made a removable one out of 3mm plate and 25x25x3 square section.. Costed all of $20 (DIY mig) and does the job...

Where do the lower braces mount to?
