go here and put the address to the website into the "translate a webpage" box then select "japanese to english" and it will translate some of it - it doesn't do all of it for some reason. :roll: it gives you the prices though.

why are cars so damned cheap? i converted like 15 cars to be accurate and its all similar
theres like most ae86 and shuit for under a grand!! why so cheap?

an easy way to remember the conversion is...

take the japanese YEN, take of the last 2 digits and add 20% of that number, and you will have NZ dollars.

For example.

1000yen ------> $10

$10+ 20% = $12

Thus 1000yen = $12

Oh i forgot to mention, Salesyards in Japan use a different pricing system.

If a car is for sale and you see a 89 as the price

This means 890,000Yen Which in a ruff trasnlation as above is about $10,000

haha yea i did that a few times here.
Saw a really nice soarer with ''89'' on the front and i thought it was a little over a grand :o
