But I should probably get a car first
if the paycheck and other benefits were good, i would certainly consider it, also depending on the country
but you are saying if you were "offered" a job. the people that usually make offers for people to come to them usually make pretty sweet deals so i think that would probably answer my question.
so im going to have to vote, go for it

If short term Id consider going, just for the experience
What he said
We know that four-wheel drive doesn't work in a racing car, and I proved to myself that it doesn't work very well for rallycross. I'm absolutely convinced that it has no future in rallying, either, even if the regulations allowed it. - Roger Clark (rallying legend), circa 1976

Hey, where's the both option
That's what I currently do, work in Australia for 6-9 months per year and the rest of the time I spend in NZ. If I could wean my clients off of requiring my presence I would spend more time in NZ. Thanks to the wonders of VPN and the Internet I could do my job and only spend a couple of months per year in the land of the demented wombat. That way I get the benefit of living where I want and still earning a lot more than any NZ company is prepared to pay for my services
