What's wrong with a GT Starlet?
Sure they're not big and manly like a GT4 or a Supra but everyone says theyre really fun little cars to drive, and offer pretty good performance too with good potential as can be seen with Dwane O'Haras one.

I won't get into it again, I just personally can't stand them. But that's just my opinion. :)

Yeh Ive got some one coming to look at the beemer sometime this week, Im pretty sure they will buy aswell.
Personally I think the GT Starlets are pretty cool, Ive always thought of them being a sort of chicks car but today when I saw their specs I was really quite impressed for such a small engine. I mean take this for example, my BMW 320i's factory specs are 95kW and 1250kg, the look at the starlets, 100kW and 850kg. You do the maths  I might go take one for a test drive this weekend aswell as a GT-Z and see what theyre really like.

I say got the GT-Z!! We have owned both the GT Starlet and GT-Z and I have been in the Honda before. Were gonna get a Glanza for the missus to replace the GT-Z we had for her.

Cheers

DONT GET THE HONDA!
The gear box crapped out in mine, & I didnt thrash it! If you do get a Civic get a Si not a VTI
The only thing I say in the Civics defence is that you dont know what you'll get from Japan, wheather or not something is buggered or if its been hot-cammed for example

lol...gt4 a manly car? lol! I thought they were a full on chicks car!

I must say that the gt starlets do have a lot of potential but depends what ya want to spend on it once you've got the car. Dwaynes one is insane and hes really shown what can be done with the 1300 but dam hes spent alot! I mean heaps!

I've got an AE101 GTZ and found it ok at most. Potential for modifying isnt really too high with the supercharger. Apart from basic mods which it has responded too well. Instant boost is great but top end is lacking. Thats why its being turbo'd.

As for the civic umm dont get me started on hondas!

All i can say is to try and take each of the cars for a drive, see how they feel for you and take it from there.

Hope that helps

I don't think they're crap (there far far worse out there)... just wouldn't ever buy one for myself... not my style

It would be a bit of a step backward for me now ;)

Same here,
Well not a step Backwards, but not my thing for sure,

I'm what I like to Call a RWD Guy

I seem not understand the point of a Front wheel drive, if your goingto work it anyway, seeing they just spin and torque steer like bitch on acid.

But If I had to choose from oneof them it would be the GTZ, as it has about as much potental as getting lad on a bus full of horney school girls who cant wait to get off

Yeah Anyway

Take the GT-Z fella. Starlets are a bit girly, even though they can go like snot. I guess it depends what ya want at the end of the day.
