GT4 sw20 caliper compatability

right i have twin pot calipers from a turb sw20 and i putting it on my st165, i just wondering if st185 metal brake pads would ft these calipers, get some real stopping power and some sparkes :twisted:

They don't fit.
some AE111 front pads are compatiable with the SW20 front calipers though.
No "stance", no "hellaflush", none of that bullshit. Nothing but no grip on full boost.

i have a set of superstut front caliper and i belive them to be the same calipers as the sw0 ones
i will confurm this soon :D

s/s pads fit the later (12th 91 on) sw20 calipers.
same part number
celica ones are differnt partnumbers
with pads though, if they change compound they change number, so not a definitive indication of all fitments....

as for the calipers, sw20, st185 and s/s ae1## are all diferent from each other.

how ever they may fit each other, i cant tell that from the epc

well does any one have sw20 pads and st185 pads lying around they could compare for me ??? :lol:

just get the 185 calipers or the twinpot 165 ones :D

na mr2 twin pot should be pretty easy to bolt on if i have to mod i jus sell them on and get st185 twin pots :D
