MR2 Seats in AE86/85

IS it true that mr2 seats bolt straight into the ae85/86 seat mounting points?

Can you be more specific please... AW11 or SW20??
They both pretty much line up, sw20 is really close to the bolt holes in floor but have to modify the mount on the right side closest to the door to drop the side of the seat so it sits flat and space out the tunnel side of the seat

sorry yeah SW20. Ok cool thanks for the help. Just decidind whether I chuck a set of those in or cut up my rails to fit some reclinable sports seats.

It sounds like AE86 mounting holes might be similar to KE70 ones...

I put SW20 seats in my KE70 and all I had to do was cut the ends off the inside rails and reweld them on a slighly different angle. Then a 2cm spacer under one mount. 8)

I thought the ae85/6 was identical to the ke70 in terms of the floorpan?
