error 51

hey i did a error check on my celica today and it came up error 51, which when i searched the web it came up as 'Switch condition signal'.
what does this mean and how do i go about finding out more and fixing it?

Diagnosis

* No "IDL" signal, "NSW" signal or "A/C" signal to ECU, during diagnosis check.

Trouble Area

* A/C switch circuit
* A/C switch
* A/C amplifier
* Throttle position sensor circuit
* Throttle position sensor
* ECU

yea i found that but i dnt have A/C and my idle is fine
